Abu Huraira’s was a poor man, who endured frequent hunger and preferred the company of the Prophet PBUH above all other things. Whilst explaining the message of the Prophet PBUH to people he hoped to be offered a meal to eat. The Prophet called upon him to give water to the poor migrants, so they could quench their thirst. The Prophet rewards his servitude with water and rewards of a good life.
