The TLB families, (Muad and his four kids and brother and Kazima and her two kids) are on summer vacation and plan to spend the summer at their newly inherited Chateau in Hope Falls. There they find a mysterious attic that no one knows about and learn about their great great grandmother/aunt Maryam and her world travels and how she wrote a book to teach the world about Muslim inventions and their contribution to the world today.

However, days before her death when her book was to be published the evil Abu Hasad erases all her work. Odd things keep happening to the families and it is up to the TLB kids to go back in time through the treasure chest in the secret attic to rewrite history before the world forgets about the valuable Muslims inventions as we know them today.
